My 70-year-old father suffered a brain stroke and was initially treated at Apollo. When we moved him to Elixir in the second week of February (thanks to Rajesh Reddy for the recommendation), he was in a very difficult state—he had a ryles tube, tracheostomy, urine catheter, and motion tube. Today, I am so happy to say he is off all tubes and making amazing progress. ​The care here is truly round-the-clock. The nursing team, including Rama Devi, Chamanthi, Nazeer, and the rest of the staff, were so diligent. Radhika, the nursing HOD, was always available and would act immediately on any feedback we gave. ​Since my father’s right side was paralyzed, the physiotherapy was crucial. Dr. Khader (the HOD) and Dr. Varalakshmi created a precise plan and never missed a single session. Dr. Khader’s little motivational talks really gave my father the mental strength to keep going. Because of them, he can now sit with just a little support and even stand with a cane. ​Special thanks to Sashikala, the respiratory therapist. My father is a COPD patient with a tracheostomy, which is a tough combination, but she kept his spirits high and handled the decannulation and healing process perfectly. Mr. Moin Khan, the speech and swallow therapist, also did a fantastic job—it’s because of his expertise that my father is finally off the feeding tube. ​On the medical side, Dr. Smitha was so humble and approachable, making sure his medications were always on point. I also have to give a special mention to Dr. Manasa, who assisted during the night; she saved the day during a couple of breathing scares, stabilizing him immediately with her quick response. ​ Even the housekeeping team—Paramatiah, Rajesh, Narendra, Nageshwararo, and Ramu—were wonderful and worked tirelessly. On top of that, the food was always on time and specifically curated for his medical condition. ​If you are looking for post-hospitalization support and real rehabilitation results, I highly recommend Elixir. My sister got admitted in Elixir in february 2026 and they have taken a very good care of her. Physio plan and execution is top notch, as they curate a clear and concise plan based on patient's response and alter it accordingly. Nursing staff is also good. Special thanks to physio team - Dr. Khadar sir, Dr. Varalakshmi madam and also to Dr.Smitha madam for checking on my sister everyday. We joined this rehabilitation center for recovery after an ankle fracture surgery. The physiotherapy here is very good and the physiotherapists are very supportive and knowledgeable. The care and attention given to the patient is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food provided is healthy and well maintained. Our 19-year-old son met with a severe accident and suffered a serious head injury with multiple fractures. After initial treatment at Continental Hospitals and a brief stay at Vitonova, we shifted him to Elixir Rehabilitation Centre — and that decision made all the difference. When he came to Elixir, he had a tracheostomy, Ryles tube, catheter, and was on oxygen support. Within 4 days, oxygen was weaned off. In 30 days, the tracheostomy was removed and he began breathing on his own. Soon after, the Ryles tube and catheter were also removed. Today, he is able to eat by himself and walk with walker support. The care here is truly exceptional. The doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and GDAs provide dedicated, transparent, and personalized care in a home-like environment. The nursing staff especially Eva Sister, Nupur Sister, and Zahir bhaiya were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional, always ensuring he was comfortable and well-monitored. A big shoutout to the GDA staff: Ramu, Zameer, Rajesh, and the entire team – their dedication and positive attitude made a huge difference every day. And Shiva Bhaiya is a very nice, genuine person who’s always there to help others. The very friendly environment here makes it feel like home. From the very beginning, the physiotherapy team took complete responsibility for her recovery and guided her with constant care and encouragement. Today, my mother is able to walk independently without any support, which feels nothing short of a miracle for us. We owe this entirely to Dr. Khadar, who treated my mother’s recovery as a personal responsibility and put in relentless effort to help her walk again. His clarity, confidence, and hands-on involvement gave us immense reassurance during a very uncertain time. The progress she made in less than a month was truly remarkable. Dr. Varalakshmi, who worked closely under Dr. Khadar, was also exceptional and focused on improving my mother’s finer movements with great care and dedication. Beyond physiotherapy, both Dr. Khadar and Dr. Varalakshmi played a huge role in my mother’s emotional recovery as well. They constantly counselled and encouraged her, gave her strength on days when she felt she couldn’t do it, and always found ways to keep her motivated. Their warmth, patience, and ability to make her laugh kept her spirits high and made the recovery process much easier and more positive. We are very glad we chose Elixir over ApoKOS and other rehabilitation centres in the city. The homely, welcoming environment - so different from a typical hospital setting - truly made a meaningful difference in my mother’s recovery. My father (63/M) was admitted to Elixir Rehabilitation Centre after being discharged from Apollo Jubilee Hills following a stroke. When we brought him here, he was bedridden and dependent on a tracheostomy tube, Ryle’s tube, and a urinary catheter. As a family, we were scared, confused, and desperately hoping to find a place where he would be truly cared for. After visiting multiple rehab centers in Hyderabad, we chose Elixir  and today, I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we ever made for him. What happened in the weeks that followed felt nothing short of a blessing. With the dedicated, compassionate, and patient care from the Elixir team, my father slowly transformed.
